All collection prices include curation, a clean ISBN list for MARC retrieval, and standard ground shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories quoted separately.
How It Works
Schedule a Discovery Call
A free 20-minute conversation. We'll learn about your community, your existing collection (if any), your budget, and your timeline.
Receive Your Curated Proposal
Within one week, we'll send a tailored title list with ISBNs, brief annotations, and pricing. Swap, add, or remove titles freely before approving.
Approve and Receive
Once approved, we ship within your timeline. You receive an ISBN list ready for MARC record retrieval. Net-30 invoicing available.
Refresh as You Grow
We stay in touch. As your collection circulates and your community grows, we recommend additions and replacements at the cadence that works for you.
Common Questions
A few of the questions librarians ask most often.
Do you provide MARC records?
We provide a clean ISBN list with every order so your team can quickly retrieve MARC records through your library consortium (SWAN, OCLC, your state library system, etc.) or your existing cataloging vendor. Full shelf-ready cataloging service is available on larger orders by request.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We work with public libraries on standard PO and Net-30 invoicing once your library is set up as a vendor partner.
What's your discount structure?
Libraries receive standard institutional pricing on all orders. Specifics depend on collection size and frequency, we'll walk through this on your discovery call.
Do you support tax-exempt ordering?
Yes. We accept tax-exempt orders and have a W-9 on file. You can upload your exemption certificate during checkout or send it to info@spanishbookfairs.com.
Do you offer custom quotes and vendor setup support?
Yes. We provide custom quotes for collections over $1,000, and we will complete any vendor packets your library system requires to set us up as an approved vendor.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. All listed collection prices include standard ground shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. We will quote Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories separately.
